About the CNCSR


The Duke Center for Nicotine and Smoking Cessation Research (also known as the Duke CNSCR), under the direction of Dr. Jed Rose, is a multidisciplinary, multisite center working to elucidate the biological mechanisms underlying tobacco addiction and to promote the development of more effective smoking cessation treatments.

 

The Center's main facilities are located in Durham, NC.  Satellite offices are located in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem, NC. Details about current research being conducted at the Center can be found in our Study Participation section.
